Due

Terms

Updated October 2026

These terms cover your use of Due. Your purchase through the App Store is also governed by Apple's standard end user licence.

Your business, your records

You're responsible for what you invoice, the taxes you charge and report, and keeping the records your country requires. Due helps you do that; it isn't tax or legal advice. Export your data any time from Settings.

Card payments

Card payments go to your own Stripe account, under Stripe's terms and at Stripe's rates. Refunds, disputes and payouts are between you, your client and Stripe; Due isn't a party to the payment and doesn't hold your money.

Plans

Due is free for a few invoices a month, with paid plans for more. Subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple account until you cancel in Settings, at least a day before the period ends. Plans differ in how many invoices you can send each month, and card payments come with Pro.

Fair use

Don't use Due to send spam, impersonate anyone, or bill for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do, and limit sending to protect everyone's email delivery.

The service

We work hard to keep Due available and your data safe, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for more than you paid us in the past twelve months.
